Route Replay

Route replay lets you review the path a vehicle or technician took during a past route. Use it to verify service coverage, investigate customer complaints, or review driver behavior.

Accessing Route Replay

From the Fleet map:

  1. Click on a vehicle or technician
  2. Click Route Replay
  3. Select the date range you want to review
  4. Click Load Replay

The map shows the full path traveled as a line, with stop markers at each customer location.

Using the Replay Controls

The replay player has:

  • Play/Pause — animate the route path over time
  • Speed control — 1x, 2x, 4x playback speed
  • Timeline scrubber — jump to any point in the day
  • Stop markers — click any stop to see arrival time and status

The replay overlays the route path with the stops from the dispatch board so you can see if the technician followed the planned order.

What You Can Verify

Route replay is useful for verifying:

  • Service delivery — confirming a vehicle was at a customer's address during the scheduled window
  • Route adherence — checking if technicians are following optimized routes
  • Time on-site — reviewing how long was spent at each location
  • Stop gaps — identifying unexplained stops or detours

Date Range

Replay is available for routes from the past 90 days. Older routes are archived and may require a support request to access.

Customer Disputes

If a customer claims service was not performed:

  1. Pull up the route replay for that day and technician
  2. Look for the customer's address on the path
  3. Check the arrival and departure timestamps
  4. Screenshot the replay as documentation if needed

Note

Route replay shows GPS-tracked vehicle positions. If a vehicle stopped nearby but the technician walked to the property, the GPS path may show the vehicle stop rather than the exact service location. Technician check-in timestamps from the mobile app are the most precise record of on-site time.
